James Argent looked unrecognisable as he proudly showcased the results of his staggering 13-stone Weight loss on Monday.Nine months on from his gastric sleeve surgery at Transform Hospital Group, Arg, 34, unveiled his noticeable slimmer physique after shedding nearly half of his 27.5st body weight.

Heading for a swim in an outdoor pool in Essex, a shirtless James had a newfound confidence in comparison to April last year, where he posed for a photo in Y-fronts- days before the life-saving procedure. 

A beaming James showed no care for the freezing temperatures as he remained determined to kickstart the New Year with his fitness regime. 

Dressed in guitar print shorts, Arg's incredible 13-stone weight loss was clear to see as he headed into the pool for a refreshing swim. 

The television personality's jubilant mood was a stark contrast to his pre weight-loss photoshoot in April where he posed in just a pair of men's underwear, after battling depression and cocaine addiction.
