Stop putting so much pressure on yourself to be
productive and, instead,
pour your energy into being happy.
It doesn’t matter if you spend all
morning reading, watching movies, or cuddling your pets, the important
thing is to connect with things that make life meaningful. If a friend
or loved one thinks you're not getting enough done, they're likely just
envious of your ability to take a mental break. Don't take their
opinions to heart. Change the conversation to something funny and
lighthearted and they'll loosen up.
